I live and work in London. I trained at the City & Guilds School of Art, Goldsmith School of Art, the Royal Academy of Art (Scholarship) and at St. Martins School of Art.

I undertake a wide range of fine art in the form of paintings (oils, pastels, watercolours, etc.), sculpture and screens. My paintings include still life, landscape, portraits and animals. I draw inspiration from many countries, for example fabrics from India, elephants from Sri Lanka, landscapes in Camargue, colour from Bologna, Japanese kimonos and figures, to mention just a few.

I have exhibited widely including London Contemporary Arts, Alexander Llewelyn, McGrath Gallery, Bow House Gallery, Catto Gallery, Pastel Society, Morley College, Heron Gallery, Burlington Arcade (London) and at the Fosse Gallery.

Also I have produced posters for London Transport Underground Stations (‘Pink Flamingos’ and ‘Colombia Road Flower Market’) for the Inland Revenue for use at offices of the Board and for New York Graphics for publication in USA. Many of my paintings and pastels have been the subject of greeting cards and calendars. Paintings undertaken for use in feature movies include: a portrait of Julie Christie and Alan Bates for ‘Return of the Soldier’ a portrait of Daryl Hannah and Ray McNally for ‘High Spirits’ and Stanley Kubrick’s ‘Full Metal Jackets’.

I am also an author, illustrator, fashion illustrator and costume designer for theatre, television and films.
